| Sistemas Técnicos de Loterías del Estado S.A.Unipersonal (STL) was constituted in 1988, its prime objective being the acquisition, installation, maintenance and exploitation of integral management systems for lotteries by means of gaming terminals, including the issuing of lottery tickets, data transmission and performing the win account for the Entidad Pública Empresarial Loterías y Apuestas del Estado. Sistemas Técnicos de Loterías del Estado, was created on 4 October 1988. Its aim was the technological modernization of Loterias y Apuestas de Estado (LAE). |

Implantation and exploitation of a system of online gaming. |

Migration from the central proprietary system to an open system. |
| 1997 | The creation of a communications model via satellite for the terminals installed at sales points. |
| 2000 |
Obtaining ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification. |
| 2003 |
Agreement with European Lotteries for STL to become a supplier of applications for the management of supranational draws. |
| 2004 |
STL becomes
operative win account centre for the management of Euro Millions. Obtaining WLA (World Lottery Association) security certification. |
| 2005 |
Start-up of
the platform of games over the Internet. Development and exploitation of horseracing bets for LAE and the Zarzuela Hippodrome. |

for the processes of organisation. Thus, STL has created a Quality
Management System certified by AENOR in accordance with the corresponding
ISO standard and has been awarded the World Lottery Association
security qualification. |
